With the continuous improvement of highway transportation in our country, the car as a convenient means of transportation is coming gradually into the horizons of the people and become a kind of important tool for people to travel. However, with the increasingly popularity of the cars, traffic accidents have occurred frequently and people has become more and more urgent requirement to improve the travel safety. At present,with the infiltration of electronic information technology to the automotive industry, a lot of new electronic technology is applied to the car; the vehicle video monitor is one of them. It can improve the security of people driving, reduce the probability of car accident, and can protect people’s personal safety very well. Based on the analysis and research of a large amount of vehicle monitoring data, this paper proposes a multiple vehicle video monitor system based on MST703 design plan. The plan requires low cost,less peripheral circuit, less difficult and software design is convenient.1、This article first describes the development of vehicle system status and research background and summarizes research purpose and meaning. Then, based on analysis of the various design schemes, this paper proposes a scheme based on ASIC chip as the core processor and the related technology are outlined.2、After the analysis of the function demand of the system, this paper selects the appropriate microprocessor, puts forward the overall design based on MST703 vehicle monitoring system, mainly including the hardware circuit design and software program,and the working process of the system is described.3、Hardware, using modular design ideas, system is divided into different modules,mainly including MST703 decoding control chip, camera acquisition module, storage module, power supply module, display and so on, and carries on the detailed introduction to these modules, so as to complete the construction of the hardware platform.4、Software, in the keil uVision4 software environment modules program and the main program are designed, and achieve the mutual switch between the various video sources, ensuring that the system can steadily work normally.Finally, the system modules are tested, and the test results are analyzed to ensurethat the vehicle video monitoring terminal meets the needs of real-time monitoring.
