With the continuous development and growth of Xichang’s industry and industries,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the urban power grid,Xichang Electric Power Company has set up substation operation management duty rooms and dispatching departments within its jurisdiction.However,most of the current substations are still on-site and telephone processing,which greatly restricts the development of Xichang’s power grid.In order to be able to improve management efficiency,it is necessary to establish a related supporting information management system while building the power system.Combining this demand,the project team plans to develop a comprehensive integrated system with video surveillance as the main body and power monitoring.This article focuses on the research and analysis of this technology.this article intends to commence the study in the following areas:First,we carry out the demand analysis of the power company’s video Monitoring system: Video Monitoring System for Power Company is an important basic system to realize unattended substations.Based on the research status of domestic and foreign video monitoring technology and the actual situation of power companies,the functional requirements of power video monitoring system in this paper and detailed analysis of performance requirements,providing theoretical support for the design of subsequent monitoring systems.Secondly,the Design of Video Monitoring System for Power Company was carried out: In order to meet the needs of the power company’s video Monitoring system,the architecture design of the power company’s video surveillance system has been designed.In order to ensure that the system can operate more stably,a series of guidelines have been designed for the system’s construction to ensure that the system can provide stability,Sustainable services provide technical support for the functional design of the video system of the subsequent power companies;Thirdly,we carry out detailed design for the Video Monitoring function of the Power company: According to the different application needs of users,based on the constraints of the system architecture and design criteria of the power company’s video surveillance system,the power company’s video surveillance system is functionally designed,and the functional design of the modules is to meet the different needs of users Application scenarios provide technical support for the subsequent implementation of video systems in power companies;Finally,we completed the implementation and related tests of Video Monitoring System for Power Company: According to system requirements and design schemes,based on SOA service architecture,J2 EE + AJAX + FLEX distributed service-oriented software architecture and XML language are used to encode data to be exchanged..The system implements specific functions such as remote monitoring of operation,storage and review of accident recording,remote video command,GIS display of video points,and remote power monitoring,etc.to implement coding and tests to verify the reliability and practicability of the system in this paper. |
