Video Monitoring is always an applied technology which people pay a lot attention to. It is widely used by its convenience and abundant information.Remote video monitor system has two parts: server part and remote monitoring part. Visual data is collected, converted, compressed and send to network in monitoring part, The Visual data is received by server part. Then it will be decompressed and displayed on screen.On the basis of monitoring system in the substation, this thesis discuss a video monitoring system used for transformer substation, the thesis mainly focus on video capture technique, H.263 protocol. I designed a software method of H.263 visual stream playback system, Which was realized in VC++ language. We put forward a design plan of this system and realized it on VC. Finally, all of the work in this thesis is summed up. The future research of this system is prospected. |
