With the rapid development of industrial buildings,the construction status of prefabricated buildings puts forward more requirements for the development of supporting facilities of industrial buildings.At present,the prefabricated construction equipment has not been broken through,and the traditional equipment is still being used for construction.Therefore,the research and design of equipment specially used in the construction of prefabricated buildings has become an urgent problem to be solved.The synchronous jacking hydraulic system of hoisting construction platform is an important part of prefabricated building special equipment,and its synchronous reliability and accuracy directly affect the safety of construction operation,which has important research significance.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the working process and working principle of the synchronous jacking hydraulic system,the simulation model of the synchronous jacking hydraulic system is established by using the hydraulic simulation software AMESim,and the operation principle of the hydraulic system is analyzed.(2)Through the in-depth analysis of the synchronous jacking hydraulic system,the mathematical model of the system is established,the transfer function of the system is obtained,and the stability of the synchronous jacking hydraulic system is studied.(3)Aiming at the synchronization error control problem of synchronous jacking hydraulic system,a fuzzy PID controller based on multi-group genetic algorithm optimization was proposed.Matlab/Simulink is used to simulate the synchronous jacking system under the control of standard PID controller,fuzzy PID controller,and fuzzy PID controller optimized by multi-group genetic algorithm,and the control results of each controller are compared through the simulation results.(4)The hydraulic synchronous lifting system built in AMESim and the fuzzy PID controller optimized by the multi-group genetic algorithm built in Matlab / Simulink are jointly simulated.The simulation results show that the synchronous lifting hydraulic control system is optimized by the multi-group genetic algorithm-based fuzzy PID Under the control of the controller,it has good synchronization performance and good practical value.
