The article is mainly composed of:using the EDF method to analyze the DOF; positive and inverse displacement solution and argument; by using the mechanism’s influence coefficient matrices, the mechanism’s input speed and acceleration are obtained and differential coefficient method is testified; in different position and orientation of the hybrid mechanism, the kinetic characteristic curves of hydraulic boosters, springs and ball-and-socket bearing are obtained. Finally, carrying on the modal of swashplate by 3D design software Solidworks and generating the moving platform’s modal neutral file in Ansys. Then replace the rigid moving platform with the flexible moving platform. Getting the danger parts of moving platform when being dynamics simulation analysis of swashplate in adams. On the basis of the above, replace the rigid spherical plain bearings and rotor shaft by the flexible body and then being dynamics simulation again, compare the spherical plain bearings stress curve obtained by dynamics simulation and theoretical calculation to verify the validity of theoretical calculation. | Keywords/Search Tags: | swashplate, dynamics, edf, displacement solution, influence coefficient matrices, dynamics simulation, mechanics analysis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
