| Swashplate is an important part of helicopter’s operating system and rotor system,Through Swashplate’s posture adjustment in the air, the helicopter can realize itsflexibility and fly around. Swashplate’s dynamical performance affects the serviceproperties of spherical bearing directly, and then affect the flight safety of helicopter.Swashplate’s dynamics analysis could provide a better theoretical basis for the testingdevice design of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings.Firstly, we established the upper and lower operating mechanism’s equivalentsimplified model which based on the swashplate’s working principle, one named as4-(R)RSS+(R)RRS+PS mechanism and another named as3-SPS-RRS-PS mechanism.Then Degrees of freedom of swashplate are analyzed by screw theory.Secondly, carrying on the modal of swashplate by3D design software Solidworksand generating the moving platform’s modal neutral file in Ansys.Then replace the rigidmoving platform with the flexible moving platform. Getting the danger parts of movingplatform when being dynamics simulation analysis of swashplate in adams. On the basisof the above, replace the rigid spherical plain bearings and rotor shaft by the flexible bodyand then being dynamics simulation again, compare the spherical plain bearings stresscurve obtained by dynamics simulation and theoretical calculation to verify the validity oftheoretical calculation. Then the finite element analysis of spherical plain bearings wascarried out in Ansys and we got the maximum stress position and the distribution law ofstress. Considering clearance between inner and outer ring of spherical plain bearings,simulation again, we got the influence of clearance on its movement.Finally, design the test model machine of swashplate’s spherical plain bearings. Weput forward spherical plain bearings test model machine’s hybrid mechanism, the innerring is (RRS+4SPS+PS) and the outer ring is (RRS+3SPS). This test model machine candetect the working load, friction, temperature and other parameters of spherical plainbearings constantly. It has important theoretical significance for ou domestic sphericalplain bearings’ motion reliability. |
