The macroscopic location of the wind power station can provide preliminary support for wind power development. Aiming at the characteristics of wind power site, taking shandong province as an example, on the basis of traditional location analysis method,based on GIS for wind power macroscopic location impact factor carried on the thorough research and analysis, probes into the methods of wind power site selection, space location model is established, the implementation of GIS location method is proposed.By 1:4000000 in shandong province administrative boundary vector data, the national meteorological network of air temperature and rainfall data from 1961 to 2008, shandong province, shandong road, river system, and so on vector data precision DEM data of 30 meters and each prefecture level in shandong province electricity consumption statistics,etc.Through statistical analysis of 1961-2008 in shandong province of rainfall,temperature, meteorological data, the global sea- air coupling model(GCM) to simulate the climate in the future, by fitting the data sequence calculation and optimization of thin plate smoothing spline function, and finally the use of spline function for spatial interpolation of simulations to predict the climate downscaling method to get the next 50 years in shandong province climate change; In ArcGIS build analysis was carried out on the digital elevation model in the study area, to provide certain reference in accordance with the expert evaluation; Based on shandong province meteorological bureau and other related department released the annual average wind speed vector data of shandong province, 20 meters high altitude wind speed of 3 m/h number density data, vector data and wind rate under ArcGIS10.0 and ErdasImagine9.2 software support on the above three factors with an overlay, generates more intuitive, more easy to study the distribution of wind energy resources in shandong comprehensive chart; Using ArcGIS10.0 thematic map making techniques of 17 cities in shandong province electric power consumption data in2010-2012 and 00000 from the national 1:40 vector data fusion is used in the field generated by the province and city 17 administrative boundary property field loadingvector data, produce clear and intuitive partition in shandong province electricity consumption level figure; Using Arcview to network analysis, the location of points where location area within the scope of the roads and drainage for quantitative, it is concluded that all alternative points of road traffic convenience degree sorting; Literature information collection, statistical research in land planning, economic development and population, and other data location factors. On the basis of the above data, an AHP model for the F- site selection analysis to compare the location is good or bad points.The results show that F- AHP model to solve the analytic hierarchy(AHP) in the location of the weight assignment subjective sex, as well as comprehensive field location conditions and expert advice, by the method of constructing triangular fuzzy function to fuzzy judgment of expert evaluation, thus the objective system of comprehensive evaluation of each location.
