In this paper, Chaoyang, Liaoning Jianping wind power projects as the basis, asystem of analysis and research on the project site at. The project area is part ofChaoyang City, Jianping County. Jianping County is located northwest of LiaoningProvince, Liaoning, Hebei and Inner Mongolia provinces (regions) Interchangejurisdiction throughout the east longitude119°15’~120°02’ north latitude from41°17’to42°20’. Locationanalysis is carried out in the wind farm natural conditions, construction conditions,weather wind conditions, environmental conditions, socio-economic impact of themain factors to be considered in this thesis, based on past experience in theconstruction of wind farms, comprehensive consideration of the above factorsconducivethe construction of wind farms. Site software used in this paper have WASP,much to solve the problem of the efficiency of the site, in fact, the software programis consistent with the general idea and the paper.
