Research On The Influence Of Shenzhen Coastal Residential Area’s Layout To Wind Environment And Its Design Strategy

With a wide range of the high density building’s construction, the city’s outdoor microclimate is changing. As people are paying more attention to economic development and the micro climate, outdoor city’s environmental problems have been on the agenda and the studies about wind environmental problems have become academic hotspots. Residential house is a place for people to live and rest, so the research about space layout and outdoor wind environment has important significance. Coastal areas can use its wind sources reasonable to improve the quality of outdoor wind environment and human body comfort.This article is based on the FLUENT wind environment technology to study the relationship between shenzhen coastal settlements space layout and its corresponding outdoor wind environment. In this article, the shenzhen shekou area’s residential house and its outdoor wind environment changes are choosen as a case to be a specific analysis. Specific content is as follows:Through the summarizes of the climate features in Shenzhen and Shekou wind environment, to make sure what meteorological conditions should be focused on. And then, analysis the characteristics of the coastal settlements and residential layout.By gathering the data of field measurement to set up shekou area and its surrounding’s three-dimensional model, then determining the computational domain and boundary conditions and using the FLUENT software to simulate the wind environment. Then analysis residential house’s different outdoor wind environment by set calculation point and use the residential wind environment evaluation principles and standards. Summarize shenzhen coastal layout settlements based on the above analysis.Through the outdoor wind environmental FLUENT simulation of the coastal area and the quantitative analysis of the results to summarize the coastal design method, which have reference significance to the new coastal settlements.
