National development of the heavy haul transportation experience shows that in exsiting lines, to improve freight vehicle axle load is a way to effectively increase the capacity. Now in our country the universal axle load of freight car mainly 2 It and 23t, in order to improve the transport capacity, in recent years, China’s railway related enterprises rely on independent innovation, developed to c80e general flatcar is represented by a series of inductive load wagon. Existing research on inductive load wagon mainly for its feasibility in technology, the actual use conditions and using effect still need further study.In this paper, the practical application of the inductive load wagon as a starting point, according to actual situation of 27t axle load freight vehicle parameters, track infrastructure and freight station equipment, application effect research of 27t axle load wagons, transportation organization mode and in particular line train 27t train axle load series formula case. First, by 27t axle load freight vehicle parameters analysis and comparison, determine the gondola car, car, tank car of 27t axle load freight to goods category, and calculation theory of 27t axle load freight ability enhancement effect. Secondly, for 27t axle load freight transport organization of in-depth study, and make the evaluation model and study different organizational patterns of 27t axle load wagons application effect.
