The content of wagon-flow allocation of marshalling yard as an important part of railway freight transport which ensure the wagon source and marshalling formation of the departure trains,also constitute an indispensable part in the stage plan.The result of wagon-flow allocation have great influence on railway freight transport.Research the wagon-flow allocation plan on freight organization reform can improve the operation efficiency,it is significant for marshalling yard to decrease the berthing time and increase the speed of turn over for marshalling yard.Based on introducing the content of wagon-flow allocation,classifying relating researches and perspectives are summarized in the paper.The usefull references and shortcomings about research results are simply indicated.Bying analyzing the infulenceing factors of wagon-flow allocation and according to the content of freight organization reform,time-fixed assembling can great adapt to the new situation compare with existing model for customer needs,also meet the marshalling yard productivity.Based on the new requirements of the freight reform for marshalling station allocation,combined with existing research results,The main research content is following.(1)The marshalling station will be divided into break-up and make-up two subsystems.Every operation time,interval time of departure train,waiting departure time and the relation of each time parameter are graphically deduced by combining with the workpiece maching and sequencing problem,then the necessary condition of adjustment and the influence of partial adjustment on departure time are obtained when the break-up sequence and make-up sequence are adjusted,thus to obtain the scheme of partial adjustment.(2)Based on the relaxed conditional time-fixed assembling model,time of trains depart the station must under the operation diagram.The degree of derailment of the departure train can be relaxed until the minimum number of converted vehicles is not reached.Taking the above requirements as constraint,the number of departure trains is most,and the highest locomotive utilization efficiency in phase time as the optimization objective model is established.According to the classic ant colony algorithm,the new path selection rule and pheromone update strategy are designed,and the stable value is obtained after parameter perturbation analysis.(3)In view of the high timeliness of freight transportation,through defines the disturbance identification and disturbance metrics for wagon-flow allocation.the uncertain factors in operation of the marshalling station was analysized in last part of the paper.Conducted disturbance research on main factors which causing train delays,and obtained a solvable time window to provide waiting time for train disintegration and classification.It is on purpose of make each train full-load,punctuality as far as possible.Finally,an example is used to verify the relevant theories in the paper: the introduction of machine scheduling is most direct to the description of marshalling station decompilation process,which lays a foundation for the wagon-flow allocation model establishment and the study of uncertain condition disturbances on freight organization reform.At last,the shortcomings and prospects in the paper are proposed.
