The Study On Intelligence-oriented Satellite Integrated Computer Aided Process Planning

The rapid development of Chinese space technology puts forward higher requirements for the satellite assembly technology.As the key link of the satellite assembly,how to improve the quality and efficiency of assembly process design becomes the main content of satellite assembly preparation.Now,there are such problems in process planning,lack of information processing and integration methods,limited role of CAPP,ineffective transfer of experience.In order to improve the situation,satellite assembly process model(hereinafter referred to as the Model)is put forward,develops the study on intelligence-oriented satellite integrated Computer Aided Process Planning.The Model is composed of solid information and semantic information.Based on above definition,the Model is established in Product View.The small satellite as the research object,by analyzing the feature of assembly process files,the paper puts forward and designs a Computer Aided Process Planning system framework reasoning process oriented to satellite assembly process.According to the problem of existing Computer Aided Process Planning system about knowledge representation,the paper emphatically studies a new process knowledge representation method-parameters flow chart.The method expresses process knowledge by process model composed of parameters and primitive set,and effectively expresses massive dynamic process knowledge.The thesis demonstrates the use of the Model in process planning.Compared with traditional methods of process planning,the Model can improve efficiency,correctness and level of informationization.Meanwhile,the thesis proposes the method by which we can transmit information between the Model and the parametric CAPP and MES.Lastly,by using the knowledge representation method-parameters flow chart to design technological process and process reason rules,the paper realizes automation building of steps and process.By sample of “equipment installation”,overall shows the whole process of process automation realization.
