A power project construction country for the stability and development of the country has a very close and direct relationship, but the power projects is a very complex project, a large scale, the other party is very much involved, the larger the amount of investment, the more complicated structure and function project cycle time is long, so electrical engineering project risk management of each power project construction has a very important development and a more direct effect.In this paper, we choose Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects for example, analysis of the risk of the project, for the subsequent risk management research laid the theoretical and practical basis.First, this article discusses the power engineering project risk management theories, including the main features of the concept of project engineering, project risk management, meaning, power engineering project risk management objectives and risk management of electric power project.Secondly, this paper focuses on Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects project analysis, from the location, the external environment, internal environment, national policies, social necessity Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects for the construction were discussed From many aspects of light irradiation region, regional transportation conditions, the factory overall planning, plant general layout plan, other conditions and other analysis of the size and condition of Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects construction, introduces the overall project construction layout part of the solar energy resources of the project, photovoltaic components and layout section, the PV array operating mode, the PV array design, inverters, photovoltaic sub-matrix design, combiner boxes and other parts, from the access system solutions, major equipment selection, aspects of power generation metering system, power station wiring, over-voltage protection and grounding analyzes the electrical part of the project, analyzed the investment and financial evaluation of the project construction.Thirdly, from risk identification and risk assessment analyzes two aspects of risk Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects construction, from the perspective of risk identification, discussed the necessity of the main methods of risk identification and risk identification; and from the perspective of risk assessment Analytical evaluation index system construction principles, including a detailed scientific, logical, operability, etc. index difference principle, and from economic risk, technology risk, political risk, environmental risk and management risk five aspects established Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects risk evaluation index system, and to carry out evaluation and analysis by combining weights ideal point method to evaluate the model of gray correlation degree based on Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects, found that Technology Park 3MW PV roof project for evaluating the risk of low value overall risk level, which of the two highest risk factor evaluation is to manage risk and quality management security risks, from an economic risk, technology risk, political risk, environmental risk and management risk five Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects proposed aspect of risk control measures.Finally, from three stages of analysis for the Dongan Technology Park 3MW rooftop PV projects-started before, construction process and the project after the completion, according to the characteristics of different stages, lists may exist in the project risk, the risk factors is proposed for the prevention and control measures applied, and discussion of proposals by the risk of suppression, the risk of isolation, risk transfer.
