The company to speed up the deployment of intelligent business, the types increasingly rich, communication network due to business needs to the level of 10 kV and level of 0.4kV, in order to meet the needs of the new business with electricity, many governments to carry out the blending of pilot work of electric communication network during the "Twelfth Five-year" period.Due to the lack of technology in the process of test system of the top design standards, It led to an question that we do not have a unified network construction mode, the network which have the poor expansibility it can’t realize the business integration late, it has the problems such as repeated investment. In order to solve this problem in this report research the current status with electric communication network from domestic and foreign first of all, analyze the demand of distribution of electricity and power utilization to the demand in real bandwidth, reliability, security and so on several aspects. Select Ethernet Passive Optical Network of the optical fiber private network and Time Division Long Term Evolution of the private wireless network as a unified construction mode of technology selection, by comparing the various communication access technology in the process of trial, in order to realize the unified model needs to solve three key problems that are the network model, the more business isolation scheme and Quality of Service guaranteed. Pointed out the typical network mode and configuration principal of Ethernet Passive Optical Network for the level lOkV and 0.4kV, according to the current pilot application environment. With Remote Radio Head structure for reference, put forward the typical network model of Time Division Long Term Evolution. Pointed out the scheme of Optical Fiber private network and wireless private network which can carry more business isolation and the safeguard mechanism of Quality of Service. In order to ensure the secure transport business implement different security regional physical isolation of the business and the same logic of regional isolation and safety services guarantee, put forward the reference direction in planning designing, construction for distribution of electricity and power utilization.This report solves the unified pattern of three key questions presents the unification of construction patterns typical network model that is the network model, the more business isolation scheme and the Quality of Service guaranteed. Provide technical support to hybrid and construction different types with the electricity network for the future, it can effectively improve the capacity of carrying more business, and save the cost of meshing.
