With the rapid development of domestic flexible DC transmission project,the electromagnetic environment problems of high voltage flexible DC converter station gradually become visible.At present,the traditional ways to provide stable power supply for IGBT device drive board on high voltage converter valve are:high potential self energy technology,power frequency energy transmission technology and high frequency energy transmission technology.In this paper,a new magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission technology is used to supply power for the IGBT device driver board.In the traditional high-pressure converter valve,the IGBT device of the converter device will produce complex electromagnetic disturbance signals in the process of fast on and off.The driving board of IGBT device in converter bridge is responsible for controlling the turn-on,turn off and protection of IGBT device.The driving circuit is close to IGBT device,which will be affected by the electromagnetic disturbance of IGBT device.In this paper,the wireless power transmission system based on magnetic coupling resonance is used to replace the traditional driving power supply method,which makes the electromagnetic environment be more complex.The electromagnetic environment of IGBT device driver board is not only affected by the interruption of IGBT device,but also the electromagnetic interference generated by wireless power transmission device.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relevant standards of driving circuit,and takes iec-61000-4 series standards as the basis of simulation calculation.According to the disturbance source signal obtained in the experiment,Fourier transform is carried out to extract the disturbance source signal at each frequency point.Through modeling and simulation calculation in FEKO electromagnetic simulation software,it is proved that the driving circuit of IGBT device will not be affected by the electromagnetic disturbance generated by the disconnection of IGBT device based on magnetic coupling resonance wireless power transmission system and converter valve.And in normal operation,the drive circuit does not need to add shielding equipment.
