Research On Design Strategy Of "Micro" Community Center Based On Information Exchange

In the past, residential’s environment is poor, but the neighbors keep a good relationship. Neighborhood association to occupy an important position in people’s interpersonal. Conversely blong with the improving of living conditions, neighbors don’t know each other very well. Cold neighborhood has become a common phenomenon in the society. Jan Gehl has pointed out: "People’s interaction with each other and rich feelings of passion constitute a dynamic life in the city", but, the status of the residents don’t contact with each other has caused settlements lack of energy and emotion, so that it becomes a living machine. Good communication of information is the booster to achieve the better development of people and society. As the core locations of the community, community centers to undertake the role of space vector to induce information exchange.We are living in a "micro" era, behind the hot phenomenon of micro-things, more scholars began pondering these situation, the writer is one of them. With the advent of the "micro" era, people’s traditional mode of thinking, behavior, information exchange and aesthetic concepts has been affected. Rational analysis of "micro" era and a series of changes caused by it,can help us to find ways to solve social problems.This thesis consists of six chapters. The first section of thesis is introduction of research background, purpose, significance and research status, focus on the definition of related concepts and definitions, then, The author puts forward the research methods and innovations of the paper,and the last part is the research framework of the thesis; In the second chapter, based on the question of whether to promote the exchange of community information, the author focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the community center in China. First of all, it summarizes the origin of community center and the development of community center at home and abroad, Secondly, through the investigation of community center building environment and management services, the author has evaluated and analyzed these two aspects; The third chapter makes a comparative analysis of the information exchange between the traditional and the "micro" era, then it is pointed out that the transformation from people’s social consciousness, social culture, construction technology and other aspects in the "micro" era, and analyzes the impact and significance of the transformation to the building, the writer concludes this part as " Transformation and analysis of the communication between human and architecture"; The fourth chapter puts forward the concept of "micro" community center, and defined the planning standards, goal oriented and design principles of "micro" center; In the fifth chapter, from macroscopic to microcosmic, the writer put forward planning strategies of urban and community, design strategy of monomer "micro" building, Finally, it puts forward the corresponding strategies for the management, operation and promotion of the "micro" center at the later stage.
