Research On The Protection And Design Of The Traditional Village Under The Influence Of Tourism

With the rise of rural tourism, a village will grant value of tourism when identified as a traditional one. Elements of history, landscape and culture resources, in this village, including traditional agricultural production and natural way of life, will become tourist attraction. In this way, farmers perfer to stay in the village because of the increasing income. In this sense, tourism has kept villages alive to some extent, saved the crisis of disintegration of the village. However, blind development will bring the new destruction, protection of traditional villages are facing complex situations. It’s a problem that many traditional villages are facing. We need find balance in improving the lives of the villagers and protection original culture and custom. What’s more, must be based on the local situation, according to local conditions.AZheke and NiuLuopu are two of the five traditional villages in the core of World Heritage Area in Hani terrace,which are the typical villages that reflect the coexistence of forests,terraced fields,villages and rivers.By the research of these villages,additionally,combining the case and theory of the protection of traditional villages,the author analyze the status,problems of AZheke and NiuLuopu separately and the competition which may be caused by homogenization of these two.Through the planning design which is based on the research analysis of similarities and differences between the two villages and their characteristics,we need find a balance of resource utilization and make these villages get different paths,forming more competitive as a whole.This article from a tourism perspective, through the two traditional village protection planning and case studies to their protection and development of traditional villages,To explore the traditional villages in the context of tourism impact in how to balance protection and development relationship in order to provide a reference for other traditional villages of the world heritage area of Yuan yang.
