With the development of the economic and the living standards, people pay more attention to the building environmental comfort, and the Architectural physics environmen design begin to get attention. Due to the architectural physical environment cannot visually accurate representation as architectural form, the simulation software is used to express it in the way of the data, charts and other intuitive and accurate expression to support the optimum design. But in the most of the traditional design methods, the simulation is divorced from the design, so it’s hard to essentially optimize the architectural physical environments. Hence, it is need to seek a new design techniques to achieve the synchronization between the Architectural design and the Architectural physics environmen design.The thesis is aim to using the visualization and simulation of Building information model to bringing the simulation analysis to the complete process of the architectural design, achieving the synchronization between the Architectural design and the Architectural physics environment design, and achieving the goal that it is determined the green building design strategies of the medical research center in the climatic subdivision. The research is in the way of discussing how the visualization and simulation of the building information model to assist the the Architectural design and the Architectural physics environment design, and discussing the feasibility of using the building information model in the Architectural design and the Architectural physics environmen design by in the example of the design process. From the time and space, the energy and performance simulation analysis are selected to quantitative and qualitative analysis in the form of graphic and numerical.So that it will more intuitivly express the performance of the architectural physical environment.In terms of practice, it use building information model for optimizing the design strategy, which is based on the theoretical research, in order to make building information model run through the whole process of the architectual design.
