Based On The Government.Developers.and Users Run The Multifaceted Kunming For Urban Village Reconstruction Mechanism Research

First, the government level, policy mechanisms are inadequate, the actual situation in the blind spot of the transformation policy, no legal basis. Management mechanisms are inadequate, resulting in government departments appeared offside, vacancy, misaligned; second, the developer level, the lack of effective communication mechanism, resulting in the government, developers, and information asymmetry villagers, resulting in a large number of contradictions; s Third, the village level, the depth of participation mechanisms has not been established, the villagers demand channel single cause, to safeguard their own weak, prone to violent conflict. Summary can be seen that the fundamental reason is the lack of a comprehensive transformation of villages feasible to run as a support mechanism.For these reasons, this paper reviews the 2008-situation in 2015 in Kunming city reconstruction and renovation of existing villages operating mechanism, problems; second, through the government, developers, villagers three levels, the use of survey, typical survey, three methods of empirical research, the main city of Kunming, four villages were selected two representatives of each village survey 15 parts, expand the survey.
