Study On The Protection And Development Of Rural Settlement Around The Yilong Lake Based On The Evaluation Of Landscape Resources

In recent years, with the rise of the "beautiful home" construction and the protection of the national traditional village, the development and construction of rural settlements has increasingly become the focus of academic research. Research on present situation of rural settlements are mainly concentrated in the rural settlement landscape, ecological environment, space form and the type of development, general with a single town or administrative village as the research unit, few studies have been carried out on the comprehensive type of villages and less refined to natural village level.Plateau lake not only has the function of adjusting regional climate, maintaining the ecological balance in the system, and the superior ecological environment, rich in water resources, landscape resources also make the basin around plateau lake as the core of regional political, economic and cultural development. On the one hand, the gentle land conditions, convenient irrigation conditions of the basin around plateau lake attract surrounding towns, rural settlements intensively distributed, which effectively promote the development of regional economy. On the other hand, the plateau lakes are semi closed lakes, with a high degree of ecological fragility and sensitivity.The unreasonable development and construction activities of the environment around the lake have resulted in the deterioration of the ecological environment of the plateau lake. Yilong lake is one of the nine plateau lakes in Yunnan, it’s lake area ranked fourth, withs small water volume and shallow water depth. With the rapid development of the construction of the lake, the protection of lake ecological environment and rational development and construction of lake settlement is imminent.This paper takes the villages in the administrative area as the research object, the research content mainly includes three aspects:(1) Study on the spatial differentiation characteristics of rural settlement around Yilong Lake. Select six aspects as terrain, location, scale, industrial economy, historical period to study the spatial variation characteristics of rural settlement around lake, and summarize the spatial variation of the basic characteristics. (2) The evaluation of the landscape resources of rural settlement around Yilong Lake. ①Based on the analysis of landscape resources and "Scenic Area Planning specifications (GB50298-1999)",the landscape resources evaluation system is established. ② Based on the study of spatial differentiation characteristics, combined with the landscape resources evaluation index weight analysis, choose six factors as the terrain, location, size, industry, economy, history, resources and geographical characteristics to divide the type of rural settlement around Yilong Lake. ③According to the landscape resources evaluation system and each index weight distribution value, using the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the landscape resources of the 4 types of settlements comprehensively. (3)Landscape optimization tips of rural settlement around Yilong Lake. According to the results of comparative analysis of the evaluation of landscape resources, proposed optimization recommendations of landscape protection and development about whole town and different types of villages.
