For a long time, in the city planning guidance based on functional partitioning, the single urban land use and function layout had a mechanical separation, resulted series of urban problems. There are Large-scale street space Single-function area, Long distance travel erc, leaded to the loss of urban diversity and hindered the organic link between cities. There is going to conversion for urban construction from a single function to a mixed land use, on the development of the cities of the future. Against this background, studying of land mixed-using is particularly important. This paper takes land mixed-using as research target, based on research perspective of Micro level, by defining related concepts、theoretical analysis、experimental research, to make further research and analytic on the micro level of land mixed-using.This paper firstly reviews and analysis the related theory of land mixed-using and then analysis the general situation and characters of assessment in the field of land mixed-using, furthermore, it also discuss the principle、main body of the urban land mixed-using evaluation based on the micro-level.On this foundation, this paper rely on Analytic Hierarchy Process establish the evaluation system of the land mixed-using based on the micro-level. It includes correlating three ranks: object level, factor level and indicator level. Rely on such evaluation system, this paper takes Suzhou Industrial Park as a case study, the street space、functions of architecture、traffic organization scale control are comprehensively evoluted by the set evaluation system and explore the impact of relevant factors on the evolution results.This paper depends on the evaluation system of land mixed-using on the micro-level and empirical study on Su Zhou Industrial Park, aim to discuss the way of giving full play to land mixed-using advantages and explore a possible way to promote the development of urban mixed function construction..
