Air cushion belt conveyor is a kind of high efficient conveying technology, especially suitable for port, warehouse, metallurgy, chemical and other industries of grain, coal, mineral powder and bulk material transportation. With social progress and the development of science and technology, the air cushion belt conveying technology is getting higher and higher requirements, it is hoped that the transport capacity is greater than 2000 tons per hour, the material conveying power consumption is lower than 5%, at the same time, it also has low energy, environmental protection, explosion-proof function, etc.According to the social demand, this paper takes "the key technology of the energy saving and large throughput air cushion belt conveyor" as the research content and carries out research work, the main research contents are as follows:(1) Through the analysis of the development status of the air cushion belt conveyor at home and abroad, Firstly, establishes its key technology and main research contents.(2) By the air cushion belt conveyor scheme comparison analysis, a design scheme “energy saving and large conveying capacity of air cushion belt conveyor” is put forward and constructed.(3) Building air cushion transport dynamic model(air cushion pressure, gas flow rate, thickness of air cushion layer).(4) On the basis of theoretical research, the key structure of air cushion belt conveyor trough box structure, hole layout are optimized design and simulation.Major innovation points:(1) A design scheme of air cushion belt conveyor with simple structure, energy saving, environmental protection, high throughput and high transport efficiency is proposed and constructed.(2) Based on the theoretical analysis and research of air cushion, the dynamic model of gas is constructed.(3) The design method is used to increase the throughput and reduce the pressure consumption as the optimization goal, the optimization results of the disc slot shape and the air vent are obtained, and the transport volume is h/t2196,energy consumption is reduced by about 5%.(4) On the basis of theoretical research, the optimization model of air cushion thickness calculation is established, and the distribution law of the air cushion layer thickness of r is obtained.
