| Continuous conveyor machinery plays an important role in the process of industrial production and cargo transportation.As a new type of continuous conveyor machinery,air-floating belt conveyors are safe,efficient,and cost-effective compared to traditional roller belt conveyors.With many advantages such as friction and low cost,it has become a rising star in the continuous conveying machinery family.Whether the air cushion is uniform and stable when the air-floating belt conveyor is working determines whether the machine can operate normally.Therefore,it is very important to study the dynamic characteristics of the air cushion flow field of the air-floating belt conveyor.Through the research on the basic structure and principle of the air-floating belt conveyor,it is known that the main factors affecting the air-cushion flow field are: air pressure,pore structure and pore layout.Therefore,this article mainly optimizes and innovatively design the pore structure,the combination arrangement method of pores and the air chamber structure.Regarding the design of the air hole structure,two different air hole structures are designed,the truncated cone-shaped air hole and the inclined cylindrical air hole;the "five-point" air hole arrangement method is designed for the combination arrangement of the air hole;Gas independent air chamber.The research method adopted is based on theoretical analysis,the new structure design of the key components of the air flotation system,and then through mathematical modeling and setting control experiments,using ANSYS for simulation experiments,through analysis of different pore structures and different layout forms Based on the dynamic characteristics of the air cushion flow field,the influence law of each parameter on the air cushion flow field pressure of the air-floating belt conveyor is obtained.The simulation results show that the design scheme is feasible and reasonable.The truncated cone-shaped air hole can increase the air flow through the hole speed under the same air pressure in the air chamber,thereby increasing the supporting force on the conveyor belt and the material.The "five-point" air hole arrangement can significantly improve the uniformity and stability of the air cushion,thereby improving the towing efficiency of the conveyor belt.There are 53 figures,5 tables and 55 references in this paper. |
