Development Of Integrated Detection System For Frequency Converter Based On Micro-chip Computer

This paper analyzed the principle and structure of the frequency converter, the main circuit of the frequency converter, mainly includes the high power rectifier, inverter IGBT module, high voltage filter capacitor and electrical components.According to the changes of the electrical parameters of various modules when fault occrence,this paper design automatic detection circuit for the electrical parameters of the main circuit of power electronic devices of frequency converter.According to the change of the electrical parameters of the electrical components,it can judge the fault point of the frequency inverter.It can also assist the worker to detect the main circuit fault and make sure where the fault occurrence.This text analyzed the switching power supply circuit,the controllable rectifying driving circuit,the IGBT driving circuit of the driving board of the frequency inverter.It also analyzed the principle of the reason why the fault occurrence.This paper designs the transducer drive plate of the power detection circuit, it apply the DC voltage under protection, and plus SPWM modulation signal in optocoupler drive end, test driven output signal is normal or not, and detect the capability of output driving. This part can detect most inverter driver circuit board,position the driver circuit board faultAfter reparing the frequency converter,it used to comprehensive test the function of the frequency inverter.This paper designs the no-load test circuit, the dummy load on electric motor testing curcuit, load testing on power circuit, fabricated a transducer comprehensive detection device.At the same time, this paper also design the wireless handheld devices of the detection system. In the wireless communication limit distance, it can operate the remote detection of frequency converter and it also can transmit the data wirelessly.The remote detection make sure the safety of the employee.
