An electronic scale was designed based on MCU AT89S52,Hardware circuit adopts modular design,includes single chip microcomputer control system,the signal acquisition system,data acquisition system,A/D conversion system,interactive system,power management system,etc.Control system adopts AT89S52 microcomputer as the core,the peripheral circuit including storage module,crystals,etc.Signal acquisition system adopts a bridge which was made up by arrestor to convert the weight parameter into electrical signal.Use precision op-amp AD620 to filter and signal amplification.A/D conversion system includes ICL7135,in order to convert the analog signals which was generate by arrestor into digital signals.the human-computer interaction system includes 16 key keyboards ZLG7289 and crystal display OCM4x8 C.Power system was designed based on LDO LM317 and LM337.Microcomputer program was developed based on C.It has super range automatic alarm,automatic back to zero,zero tracking,peel and zero self-checking,plan the total unit price setting,and other functions.The automatic dormancy function was designed to reduce the power consumption,make the system more practical use value.The measurement range and measurement accuracy of the electronic scale can meet the needs of the market at present.It has the characteristics of simple structure,Operation simple and fast response speed,etc,and it has good application prospect and popularization value.
