The subject of this paper is the design of IGBT intelligent synchronization system for induction cooker,and the low power continuous heating design of induction cooker is introduced on the basis of synchronous system.This paper introduces the development history and working principle of the electromagnetic stove,and introduces the design of the hardware module circuit,the customized MCU and the key program structure of the Midea electromagnetic stove based on the design of the electromagnetic furnace.The purpose of this paper is to develop a kind of electromagnetic oven which can automatically identify different cookers,so that the electromagnetic oven with intelligent power regulation according to the program function program has the advantages of low cost,multi-function,low power continuous heating,and has a certain market competitiveness.The development of induction cooker has completely entered the mature stage of its product evolution.In recent years,the major brands didn't have much technological innovation.More and more innovations were in optimizing product experience and cost optimization.From the point of view of product intelligence,this paper first realizes the automatic identification of the cooker based on the IGBT driving intelligent synchronization of the induction cooker,and finds a state and power reference point in the system,and realizes the intelligent operation of the power and function of the induction cooker based on the reference point.In this research,we first study the basic circuit scheme,study the IGBT driving intelligent synchronization scheme,and introduce the zero start scheme in the implementation process,so as to better achieve the IGBT thermal loss management.From this,we can see the possibility of low cost and low power continuous heating of the induction cooker,and study the chopper scheme.At the same time,in order to solve the noise problem,we choose the step drive scheme from various schemes.The intelligent synchronization driven by IGBT can make the induction cooker directly identify different pots and give them good heating control,which perfectly solves the pain point of the current induction cooker.The realization of low power continuous heating has also solved the other pain point of the current electromagnetic furnace.At the same time,because the scheme is the basic research scheme,it can be imported all over the platform,and each scheme is relatively independent.It can be dismantled and imported according to the actual needs.
