| The aim of evaluation work is to meet the balance between technical requirements and project investment balance, and to reinforce the foundation of building construction management. In the bidding activities, evaluation is very important. The method of evaluation can affect the fairness and reasonableness of the results. The evaluation methods can affect whether the choice is scientific and rational, ensure the quality and construction period.The best evaluation method can achiecve the goal and save cost at the same time.This paper is based on the recent research of bidding theory to summarize the influential factors.Based on a lot of research data and literature,the autors discuss and explore the evaluation work comprehensive and systematically.The autor prioritize the key point of different projects,find the drawback of current evaluation. In this way,the papper make own evaluation model combined actual construction.The author use AHP to build a project evaluation system, re-determine the weights of evaluation factors through project types for that can make the evaluation system more scientific and quantitative.It can ensure the selection to be open, fair and impartial, protect the interests of both sides,improve the quality of the tender, optimize the old management model and provide a new evaluation ideas, avoide caused by subjective factors.So the owner can protect their own interests in a better way,ensure the quality and safety, control the project investment effectively. |
