As a pillar industry in China,the construction industry has experienced rapid development after the reform and opening up.In the same industry at home and abroad,the risk management level of engineering bidding and quotation is the primary evaluation index for measuring the core management ability of construction enterprises.The risk management capability of China’s construction enterprise project bidding needs to be improved.The ability to manage can better meet opportunities and challenges.This study introduces the concept,procedure,requirements,risk characteristics,risk identification methods and processes of engineering project bidding,as well as the related concepts and contents of risk assessment,and uses the literature review and expert questionnaire to identify the bidding risk.Factors,build a bid evaluation quotation risk evaluation index system.Wait for 26 secondary indicators.Using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and expert questionnaire survey,through the objective analysis of the risk factors appearing in the bidding quotation from the relative weight,ranking and risk intensity,reasonable risk reduction measures are given to the risk factors with great influence.It is helpful to provide reference for the project bidding manager.Finally,take a project as an example for case analysis.Through research,it is found that among the 26 secondary indicators,the most important factor is the enterprise factor,followed by the project factor,environmental factor and owner factor.The most influential factor is inflation.Risk projects,the results of this evaluation have certain scientific and rational.The fuzzy calibration analysis method is used to objectively and reliably evaluate the bidding quotation risk.The evaluation method is effective and feasible in the current project bidding risk evaluation.When the risk factors are adjusted to some extent,it can be scientifically and reasonably evaluated for other industries,which has certain practical significance.Figure11;Table17;Reference 60...
