With the change of forestry business direction and the adjustment of industrial structure, Many state-owned forest farms are transformed to forest parks, the function of forest road is need to be vigorously expanded, and the demand on the performance and quality of forest road is more and more higher. However, there are problems in the forest road construction, such as low grade, poor quality, inadequate construction and maintenance funds and so on, so it is very important to strengthen the quality monitoring and control in the process of the existing forest road’s reconstruction.Firstly, the theory of the construction quality monitoring and quality control are elaborated, including the characteristics of construction quality monitoring and control, mathematical statistics theory, error analysis and process capability, and other techniques and methods. Secondly, according to the Shengli forest road reconstruction project, the road construction quality monitoring and control scheme is established in detail;It mainly includes two aspects:one is the mathematical statistics of the monitoring data are used to realize the effective monitoring of construction quality and its change tendency, specifically through the statistical analysis of the quality parameters’real-time monitoring data in the construction process, the deviation and process capability index are gained, so the construction quality can be comprehensivly judged and the change trend of construction quality can be analyzed; the method has changed the original method that the original monitoring data are directly taken to judge the construction quality. The other is the quality control and improvement scheme is established by combining the overall quality evaluation grade and the main quality parameters, the overall construction quality level is evaluated by stages, the improvement measures of main quality parameters corresponding to different levels are established, so the method can effectively save resources, improve the construction quality, and optimize the control of the construction process.Finally, the scheme is applied to the construction process of the Shengli forest road, the quality parameters are monitored by stages, including compaction degree, thickness, permeability coefficient, smooth, texture depth etc, the monitoring results are analysis and evaluation, and the evaluation conclusion of the overall construction quality is gained at some stage; and based on the overall construction quality evaluation level and the volatility analysis of the main quality parameters, the corresponding construction quality control scheme for the next stage of construction are proposed, so the construction quality of the forest road construction is timely and effectively controlled and ensured.
