| The stacked spiral type dewatering machine is a new type of screw press filter which has the advantages of high efficiency, low maintenance and self-cleaning. Moreover, it can be used for sludge dewatering in municipal, food and beverage, printing and dyeing, paper and other industries. Due to the problem that the belt filter press, centrifugal filter and frame filter press have the disadvantages of high operation cost, high energy consumption, poor working conditions and the treatment effect being difficult to guarantee in small and medium sludge treatment projects, this paper develops a stacked spiral dewatering machine which not only can ensure the effect of sludge treatment, but also has the advantages of energy saving, reducing operation cost and improving the working environment.This paper completes the overall structure design of stacked spiral dewatering machine and 3D modeling. Moreover, the flow field analysis software Fluent is used to simulate and analyze the flow of sludge, and the FEM analysis software Workbench is used for structure analysis and optimization of spiral shaft; according to the static ring with different force in the feeding section, concentration section and dewatering section of the dewatering machine, the analysis software Workbench is used for structure analysis and optimization of static ring in the each section, and then the optimum structure parameter design of static ring is completed based on the analysis results; according to the mechanical characteristics and motion characteristics of the floating ring, the analysis software Workbench is used for structure analysis and optimization of floating ring in the each section, and then the optimum structure parameters of floating ring is achieved based on the analysis results; according to the working flow of the dewatering machine, the matched control system is designed which can realize the centralized control of sludge pump, flocculant pump, blender, screw shaft motor and electromagnetic valve.After the verification of finite element analysis, the screw shaft and floating-static ring have reasonable structure and adequate strength which meet the requirement. |
