Split-type floating ring seals have become the main form of sealing in the aerospace field due to their stable performance,wide application range and other excellent characteristics under various working conditions.However,in the actual working state,the split-type floating ring will cause problems such as leakage and wear,which affect the sealing performance.Therefore,this paper studies the different working parameters of the split-type floating ring seal when it is in contact with the normal working state.The wear and leakage characteristics under the conditions and the influencing factors related to the amount of heat and deformation are verified by comparing and analyzing the test data and the simulation analysis results,and the relevant laws of the split-floating floating ring seal design are summarized and their actual engineering practice Provide machining theory and design optimization methods.According to the working principle of the split type sealing device,based on the fractal theory,through the main fractal parameters in the fractal theory,the microscopic morphology of the contact position of the split type floating ring and the runway is studied,and the numerical calculation model of the split type floating ring seal is established Comparing the change trends of wear rate and leakage rate under different parameters,the influence of different parameters on the split-floating ring seal is analyzed,and the fractal dimension and scale coefficient of the actual sealing surface are determined.It can be clearly found from the calculation results that the working condition parameter in the sealing performance is less wear and leakage at lower conditions;in terms of structural parameters,the suitable sealing value range of the sealing surface is 5 to 6 mm,which will make the sealing performance more Good;the smaller the roughness value of the sealing surface in the material parameters,the better the comprehensive performance of the sealing surface.According to the characteristics of the split structure in the article,the finite element model of the split floating ring was established,and the thermal boundary condition and the force boundary condition were applied in the working state,respectively.The parameters of different working conditions,structural parameters,spring force and material parameters were studied.Effect of split ring seal performance.The results show that the working condition parameters,such as pressure difference,rotating speed,main sealing face width and material parameters,have a major impact on the heat and deformation of the seal,and the ring spring hoop force has little impact on the deformation of the seal within the range of value.According to the analysis results,the range of parameter optimization is proposed,and the design ideas and optimization methods of split floating ring seal are summarized.After the design and processing,the split-type floating ring seal test device was debugged and built,and the leakage amount of the split-type floating ring seal device under different parameter conditions was measured through the auxiliary system;The surface size of the inner ring is measured,and the amount of wear is counted.The theoretically calculated results are compared with the wear rate and leak rate in the test,and the trend of the leak rate is in overall agreement with the magnitude.The trend of the wear rate is similar.The difference in data may be closely related to the test environment.The accuracy of performance analysis under the influence of parameters.The stability of the seal is good within a certain time range,and the stability and high reliability of the split-floating ring seal can be fully reflected.The numerical simulation and analysis of the wear rate,leakage rate,calorific value and deformation of the split-floating ring seal structure and the final experimental exploration revealed the changing trends of the wear rate and leak rate under different parameters,And the law of calorific value and deformation amount,the optimal structure,operating parameters and sealing material pair that can reduce the temperature rise and deformation of the sealing end surface are optimized,which verifies the comprehensive performance advantages of the split-type floating ring The optimization of the parameters of the ring seal and the selection of materials provide new research ideas and provide a certain research basis for the design and development of the split-floating ring in the future.
