Technical Research Of Bag Auto-Delivering And Auto-opening Based On Continuous Rotating Filling

This paper takes the bag as the research object. Through the analysis to the continuously supplying principal of bag, this paper expects to explore the influence factors of bag supplying. Study the implementation of continuous automatic bag supplying for technical solutions. And then research and design the relevant institutions. Through mechanism analysis, it investigates the relationship between the structure parameters, completes parametric design and optimization and realizes continuous automatic bag picking, bag receiving, bag opening and bag filling processes. In a full analysis about bag continuous supplying trajectory and speed characteristic and other relevant parameters, it designs automatic successive bag picking, bag receiving, bag opening and bag filling institutions. Finally, it builds virtual prototype to test its functions in order to make every part of the whole machine stable and accurate. As a result, it realizes automatic continuous bag supplying. The concrete research contents is as follows:(1) The process analysis and technology solution of bag continuously automatic supplying. Firstly, it introduces the bag characters, analyzes and researches the detailed process of bag supplying. Through decomposition, integration of some actions, it puts forward the design requirements and suitable process for automatic continuous bag supplying. What’s more, it puts forward a new kind bag supplying trajectory. Through analysis and comparison intermittent bag supplying technical scheme, it puts forward requirements and design for each process action. Eventually it determines trajectory of bag continuously automatic picking, receiving, opening, filling and puts forward fundamental requirements for relevant institution design.(2) Research and design about the devices of bag picking. Through determining the automatic successive bag picking and receiving, it researches and explores influencing factors of the bag supplying quality. And finish the preliminary design and type selection for the process actions, such as bag picking, bag receiving, bag holding and bag locating. The next move is to do parameter design, motion analysis, and optimization about every institution. At the same time, completing the work cycle diagram design and compilation is necessary. Of course, to do the analysis and calculation of production capacity is also important. Finally complete system device structure analysis and design.(3) The research and design about devices of bag opening, bag filling. By determining the automatic continuous process and scheme of bag opening and bag filling, research and discusses the influencing factors to the quality of filling. And finish the preliminary design and type selection for the process actions, such as the rotary gear, bag filling, bag holding and going down mechanism. The next move is to do parameter design, motion analysis, and optimization about every institution. At the same time, completing the work cycle diagram design and compilation is necessary. Of course, to do the analysis and calculation of production capacity is also important. Finally complete system device structure analysis and design.(4) The virtual prototype design. Based on Solid Works 3d design software, build up the 3d model of the continuously automatic bag picking, bag receiving, bag opening and bag filling institutions. Through simulating the virtual prototype, do the function analysis and optimization about mechanical structure to ensure the rationality of the design by using SolidWorks software.
