| With the German industry 4.0 proposed, as an important part of industry 4.0, intelligent logistics has become the ultimate goal of logistics development.At the present stage of the development of logistics, customer demand diversification and small volume has become the main characteristics of the logistics distribution center.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition, the logistics efficiency of enterprises is very important to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the operating costs of enterprises.In the logistics operations, the picking is a very important link, picking work is not only the most the operation which use tremendous labor and waste time, but also the cost of a job.The efficiency of picking work not only directly affects the operation efficiency of the whole storage center, but also will have a significant impact on the health of the picking personnel.Therefore, in the development of intelligent logistics environment, improve the efficiency of picking work, it is very important for enterprises and employees.This paper is based on the sorting system of the raw material distribution center of a Shanghai Leoni. Through on-site inspection and sorting system for its research and found unreasonable phenomenon existing sorting systems operations staff present. On the basis of studying the theory of rationality picking on the proposed correlation Picking job fatigue and picking efficiency, and thus to explore the process of picking the reasons for the low operating efficiency.
