Over the years,the development of electric vehicles has received unprecedented attention and policy support in the face of increasingly serious energy and environmental problems.At present,China is stepping up efforts to promote the development of electric vehicles,and all walks of life are also invested in the development of electric vehicles.For a long time,the electric car battery technology is one of the important bottleneck restricting the development of electric vehicle,and through scientific management of vehicle power battery,travel distance can effectively improve the electric car and battery service life,reduce the cost.Battery management system is the key way to solve electric car battery.Battery management system as essential components of electric vehicle and can real-time monitor the working state of the each battery module,and the optimization of system power battery management can greatly improve the electric car battery.The battery management system in this paper USES the master slave structure,which is composed of a single host and a number of units from the unit.The host is responsible for the main task management,and is responsible for the collection of battery information from the machine.The number of modules can be freely and flexibly configured and distributed with separate addresses.This article main research content is from the development of desktop module information acquisition unit,with the STM32 series single chip microcomputer as the core,with the aid of LTC6802-2 battery monitoring device and DS18B20 temperature sensor,etc.,from desktop module CAN realize high precision voltage sampling and temperature,by CAN bus to communicate with the host part,and make corresponding control and protection.The estimation of battery charge state is one of the important functions of battery management system,and it has very important research value.Based on the dual polarization model to lithium ion power battery modeling,the concentration polarization resistance and electrochemical polarization resistance and effective separation improved battery equivalent model,based on the least squares method with kalman filtering method collaborative algorithm to estimate algorithm were studied,and through the relevant experiments.At the same time,this paper also studied the battery equalization technology,designed the inductance active equalization circuit,and carried out relevant simulation and experiment,and got better results.In this paper,the data acquisition system for the integrated design and experimental test,the design of software system USES hierarchical module block structure,the main program,function module,CAN communication module of the program design are fully discussed.Finally,the research results of the current phase and the parts to be improved are tested and summarized.
