A Facility Layout And Spatial Arrangement Study Of Community Commercial In New City Region Of Ningbo Yinzhou

With the advancement and development of urbanization, more and more people’s attention focuses on the degree of the urbanization. Optimization of the original urban structure and reduction pressure on the old city and construction of the new urban area are the current hot spots of urban planning and construction. With the New City area expanding, we find that the development of urban, regional commercial center is the city’s priority. With the low living flow and aggregation, there is a lonely business at the community. These problems have relationship not only with the lack of resources in the new city, short of the development time, limiting of the development and so on, but also with the construction of new urban community failed to coordinate commercial facilities and its spatial layout. At the time of development and construction, the new city is often overlooked the business community in the city planning, construction and management, and it does not put the rationality of community commercial facilities configured and the scientificity of spatial layout as the core driving force of city’s development.Ningbo Yinzhou District, the new development areas of the city, gradually improves its situation urbanization construction. There is also a variety of practical problems and deficiencies in the community commercial.This paper aims to analysis the current affected factors and configuration layout of the commercial development of communities in Ningbo Yinzhou. It bases on the relevant theories research and a plenty of preliminary investigation. According to the actual situation of community facilities allocation and land layout in Ningbo New City, it reveals and analyzes the insufficient of their community commercial, and explores the measures to urge its community commercial development. In addition, combining the service standards, size standards, format, standards and other aspects of community commercial, it does some studies about the facilities allocation and spatial layout optimization in Ningbo Yinzhou New Town community commercial, and by doing so promote the long-term development of the city. And it will continuously enhance its core competitiveness.
