Interaction population, land use and other factors constitute the complexity of urban spatial structure of urban spatial pattern of summary can be more scientific guide urban planning and development strategy formulation. Existing urban population, study the spatial structure of urban land use model interpretation of spatial evolution mechanism summary, from the qualitative analysis of duty distance, the lack of analysis based on industry characteristics and the law of population, land use spatial pattern of the quantitative summary.Based on the current study, the paper use Hangzhou for example,, in 2000-2010. Hangzhou is in rapid urbanization, industrial transformation and upgrading and layout. Study of landscape ecology, the landscape of the urban population into population density, and borrowed landscape ecology indices and GIS analysis of urban population, land use spatial structure in 2000-2010 of evolution; and selecting a representative population of industry and land space has a demographic analysis of the correlation.Analysis showed that the administrative office in Hangzhou, education and scientific research, cultural facilities land size of significant growth in the year 2000 to 2010, and the spatial pattern of balanced growth, commerce, manufacturing, land size is relatively moderate growth, and the formation of more in the urban fringe center. Hangzhou, the overall population in 2000 highly concentrated in urban centers,2010 distribution gradually flattened, evenly spread the administrative office of the population to urban fringe, and teaching and research, commerce population distribution presents multi-center structure, manufacturing population distribution structure is almost unchanged. Finally, the paper combined theory of rent and polycentric urban development dynamic model, through the "solidarity", "centrifugal force" summary and demographic changes of urban land spatial structure of Hangzhou were from a single center to a multi-center transition.
