Major parameters that influence the performance of a cooling system including: the quantity of heat of engine, heat side coolant flow and cold side air flow, this paper mainly to air flow parameters as a starting point, using comparative test method, through the study of how to change vehicle cooling system related parts on the structure and the arrangement of cooling system is optimized to better guide the enterprise platform D4F/D diesel in supporting the development and application of cooling system design and development, the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) It is tested on the same cooling system parts on the bench and installed on flat dump truck after cooling capacity, comparison results show that, after loading, because of influence on the air flow of dump truck parts, in the heat exchange of air flow to reduce, the cooling effect of the torque operating point reduces 9℃, about 22.7%, the cooling effect of the calibration of operating point reduces 14.7℃. About 35.7%. Through to the same cooling system components installed in the different models of cooling capacity test, the results, it is concluded that, cement mixing truck cooling effect was obviously superior to the flat dump truck, the cooling effect of the torque operating point increased 6.4℃, about 10%, the cooling effect of the calibration of operating point increased 12.9℃, about 25%. By the same flat dump truck in cement concrete pavement and asphalt pavement of thermal balance test, comparison results show that. In the sunshine, heat transfer ability of the cooling system of flat dump truck in the asphalt road is more demanding, the flat dump truck in asphalt pavement using cooling capacities than those used in the cement concrete pavement, the cooling effect of the torque operating point reduces 4.3℃, about 7%, the cooling effect of the calibration of operating point reduces 6.8℃, about 11%.(2) By to change the fan scattered air volume and pressure, to change the fan to the front of the engine surface distance, changing fan projection width exposing the wind shield of degree, change the fan blade and fan shroud of clearance, to change the fan and the wind cap deviates from the radiator core installation of several groups of experiments were compared and obtained the cooling system parts of different structure or layout optimization effect and deterioration degree of cooling. And as a guide to practical use to solve the problem of "high temperature" cases, the test results show that the improvement effect is obvious.We draw a conclusion from the test data for different models reduce the water pump and fan power consumption, solving the problems of the actual "high temperature" is a good reference for future similar models design improvement and new product development also has an important reference value...
