Research On The Implementation Of The Problem Oriented Rural Planning And Construction

The village is a small but a complicated social system, because rural planning and construction implementation of the landing process complexity determines the rural construction work system and integrity.General rural planning disadvantages and single township construction strength are both born with defects, such as government copy mode, rely on farmers’own, art in countryside mode, NGO assistance, architectural practice under the guide of the architects, no one of them brings substantial changes to the countries. Therefore, subjects of rural construction participation must be diversified, only multi force collaboration can play a greater role in the process of rural construction. The village construction cannot be without the support of all parties, the more important thing is the villagers’support.Rural problem solving oriented to rural planning and construction is based on the landing and implementation way of rural planning for rural development. The village, each village has its own characteristics, the problems existing in the village are also different. According to the specific problems existing in the country specific analysis, it puts forward some planning strategies that recognized by the rural farmers which have stronger and more easily operational characteristic in the implementation process.Construction strategies of rural planning based on problem solving oriented and the main force of the coordinate participatory action are the basic research of this dissertation. Core of this research is the work methods to guide practice implementation of the ground.On the one hand, rural construction should retain nostalgia. The country’s "spirit of place" should be protected and continues throughout the township construction process. Every generation has each generation’s nostalgia, they all have different memories of the times. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the changes and development of the "place spirit" when in operation. Rural spatial governance, spatial structure planning, architectural planning, landscape planning and industrial structure adjustment is the direction of rural construction, the transformation and upgrading of rural space is the basic approach to the project landing. On the other hand, the rural construction and planning for rural construction closely related to the interests of the farmers is the first measure of the implementation of rural construction.The most intuitive performance of the rural construction are the transformation (facade renovation, interior space and the courtyard space), upgrading of rural architecture construction skill inheritance and update (rebuilding), and vernacular architecture of the inheritance and development (new construction) which tend to be the vital interests of the villagers that are most concerned.Author analysis the rural area’s common problems in this dissertation, find theory support from multidisciplinary perspective, adhere to the subjective principle of farmers, aim at solving the problem of peasants. Through comparing various rural construction group work practices combined with the practical cases, we can do to find universal fit the rural construction in the development of rural landing implementation method.
