Research On Pattern Of Architects Guide The Villagers To Participate In The Residence Design

In the footsteps of the rapid urbanization, rural China in the era of a national building, a large number of villages in the rural areas need to immediately be updated. Yuanyang County is a typical case of this era, under the promotion of "beautiful home" plan, villages of yuanyang at an alarming rate appeared a lot of new houses, but the scale and style of new residential is in conflict with the traditional dwellings, especially that villages in Hani terrace heritage area, new houses seriously affect the landscape in heritage area.The reason is government departments lack of consciousness of protecting traditional village style in the large-scale residential renewal process.At the same time, self awareness plays a decisive role under the villagers self updating,villages are lack of architects to professional design guiding.Therefore, the author tries to explore an architect to guide the villagers to participate in the residential design mode that provided Yuanyang villagers effective guidance and demonstration, to make some contribution to the protection and renewal of Yuanyang traditional village.First,this thesis studies the basic characteristics of traditional houses of Hani, analysed the flat space, the facade form and architectural construction of traditional dwelling.Then research the situation of new houses were builded in recent years,and put forward and analyze problems of it.Second, put forward architect guide the villagers participate in residential design method to solve the above problems,than analyzed the necessity and feasibility of this method, at the same time, analyzed the way, mechanism and guiding principles of the method.The architect to guide the villagers to choose the menu style program mode, to put villagers to participate in the program design.Third, according to the study of Yuanyang traditional houses and new houses, the function of the design space, facade form and construction of the system of new houses were analyzed, summed up the design regimen of new residential.Finally, architect uses menu plan, guide the villagers to participate in the practice of architectural design, sum up and guide design practice and experience, feedback to the research on the mechanism of new residential design and guide, that to improve the pattern research of architect to guide the villagers to participate in design.
