Research On Menu-style Design System Of The Farmhouse In Lin'an District Under The Background Of New Countryside

The design of rural houses is an important part of the construction of a new socialist countryside.However,the research efforts and related achievements in this aspect of China are inadequate.The formulation of the general design map of rural houses is one of the most important measures to regulate the design of rural houses widely used in China.However,most of the above-mentioned atlases lack systematic and guiding features,and the program library is insufficient and the degree of visualization is not strong.There is a need for farmhouse design.Taking Lin'an District of Hangzhou as an example,this paper conducts on-the-spot interviews and questionnaire surveys of farmers in Lin'an District on the basis of the research on the theory of new rural farmland,and also reports all the general design atlas data released by the district government during 2015-2018.Statistics and analysis,theory and practice,try to build a menu design system for rural houses in Lin'an District,and compile a design menu for rural houses in Lin'an District.The menu based on farmhouse design system consists of a technical level and an organizational operation level.The technical level mainly includes four first-level factors,such as monomer type,casing type,appearance and structure system.Each first-level factor is derived from multiple second-level factors and even three-level factors.The organizational operation level is in the system.Ideas in terms of personnel composition,operational processes and funding.The system is built by a perfect menu-style rural design factor.And the visualization and popularization of the program provides farmers with a more systematic,diverse and guiding rural design plan.In addition,the behavior of the “dish” is selected by the farmers according to the menu-style features generated by the architect.It is a new type of farmhouse design model that architects guide farmers to participate in design.Finally,the menu-style farmhouse design system can be said to be a paving research for the modularization and industrialization of farmhouse that may be implemented in the future.
