In today’s construction of highway engineering, the steel corrugated pipe structure has been more and more used in culverts and begins to replace the use of reinforced concrete culvert. It gradually becomes a development trend of road culvert structure. But, in the actual project, the using corrugated pipe culvert may appear too much sunken or convex deformation, which affects the culvert normal use.In order to solve the problem of unreasonable prestressing camber setting of the steel corrugated pipe culvert, the problem affects the normal use of culvert. In this thesis, according to the characteristics of steel corrugated pipe culvert in jiang xi province, domestic and foreign existing research achievements about steel corrugated pipe culvert stress and deformation are analyzed. Relying on jiangxi wanzai county to yi chun city highway, we carry out steel corrugated pipe culvert field test, and we further study prestressing camber setting problem of the steel corrugated pipe culvert under different subgrade slopes.In this thesis, on the basis of field test it uses the method of finite element simulation to research steel corrugated pipe culvert prestressing camber setting problem. This thesis analyzes prestressing camber setting problem of steel corrugated pipe culvert under different subgrade slopes and waveforms and different culvert bottom longitudinal slopes. First of all, according to five conditions, the thesis makes field measurement test plan and carries out field test. The thesis sorts and analyzes test datum. Secondly, the thesis carries out indoor simulation test for steel corrugated pipe culvert, and compared with the field test results; Finally, the thesis sets up a lot of culvert models to compute research, summarize prestressing camber setting rules and corresponding conclusions. Through the study of steel corrugated pipe culvert field test measurement, and comparing the theoretical calculated value and measured value, the test demonstrates the rationality of the calculation model; Through the analysis of system modeling, this thesis reveals the rule of steel corrugated pipe culvert prestressing camber setting under the different subgrade slopes and different culvert bottom longitudinal slopes; This thesis gets the relation between the prestressing camber and bottom longitudinal slope under different subgrade slopes.
