With the existing equipment, from the Generalized deep into the chivalrous, the affect the reliability of the main aspects of the transition to a multi-faceted, the long-term verification tests come out a way to quickly identify defects test, for the following products to be judged by HALT & HASS Test Reliability laid a theoretical foundation.Throughout the reliability test borrowed HALT & HASS Test Method, select the appropriate accelerated stress (pilot project), analysis of the relationship between life and reliability accelerated stress and proposes a theoretical equation.
