| Operation and maintenance of power generation equipment,fixed inspection and failure prediction plays an important role in the safe production and operation of power plant.Most of the power generation equipment will present some fault characteristics before the fault occurs,by analyzing the equipment operating parameters,combined with the current advanced technology and mature management mode,the frequency of the equipment failure can be greatly reduced.In this thesis,based on the development status of power plant inspection and management system in our country and the actual situation of a thermal power plant in Baiyin City,the author uses the evaluation criteria of equipment importance analysis,establishes the forecast and evaluation model based on gray theory,designs and develops the checking management software of the power plant.The main research contents are as follows:Aiming at the over-maintenance and under-maintenance of power plants,the equipment weight evaluation model is gradually established with the power plant equipment as the research object.The model quantifies the condition of the equipment based on various evaluation indexes such as reliability factor,efficiency factor,economic factor,environmental factor and safety factor,and then determines the weight of the power generation equipment to provide suggestions for the plant to make the inspection plan.Secondly,taking the state parameters of power generation equipment as the research object,a mathematical model based on gray theory is established,and the state parameters are predicted and evaluated.The improved gray model used by the introduction of m-point calculation factor,the volatility of the original power plant operating parameters sequence m point average processing,the original data to meet the gray model of the smoothness requirements.The results show that the improved gray model can predict and evaluate the operation status of power plants more accurately and achieve the purpose of dynamically adjusting the content of inspection work.Finally,in order to facilitate the recording of the operation parameters and equipment files of the power plant,this paper carried out the design and development of "Power Housekeeper" App based on the Android platform.The terminal scans the QR code of the power generation equipment to identify the equipment information through the mobile device.The inspection system adopts C/S architecture to design,which can realize data processing and storage,spot check task layout,check result query and other functions.The system can improve the informatization degree and inspection efficiency of the power plant management,realize the coordination of personnel and tasks,and improve the efficiency of spot inspection work. |
