With the development of infrastructure construction in our country, modern engineering construction quality is higher and higher, we have higher requirements of concrete on the quality and productivity, concrete mixer as a concrete production of key equipment is becoming more and more higher to the requirement of the mixing performance. This paper selects the wide application of spiral-belt concrete mixer device as the research object to seek the optimal design method, through the theoretical research, numerical simulation and experimental validation, analysis of various parameters on the mixing plant under normal working condition of equivalent stress and the influence of the overall quality and its optimization, ultimately determine the best structural parameters combination of the spiral-belt concrete mixer device.Paper analyses the spiral-belt concrete mixer device structure parameters, combining the material in the process of mixing mode of motion to determine the mixing drum length-width ratio, trunnion of stirring shaft, screw shaft spiral form, helix angle of the screw shaft and stirring speed to optimize the structure and working parameter as the target, on device geometry parameters and the analysis of stress distribution in batch process, ultimately determine the propeller shaft spiral form and the scope of the other parameters.Determine the scope of the mixing plant related parameter selection, analysis module of Ansys dynamic simulation of mixing process in the numerical simulation, analysis the change of stress and strain of mixing device in the mixing process, establish the corresponding experiment prototype dynamic stress test, through the contrast analysis to determine the virtual prototype simulation model results with the experimental prototype with a consistent regularity and trend, verify the validity of the simulation model.Make the simulation model further into ANSYS optimization design module, obtain the optimal structure parameters of mixing device by calculated. Setting up the flow simulation model of the optimization mixing device before and after, in the process of the mixing material mixing tank for flow field changes compare analysis to determine the optimized mixing device has a better mixing properties.This study for the structure improvement of spiral-belt concrete mixer and performance improvement provides the reliable theory basis and data support, make the purpose of lightweight design of mixing device come true. Using ANSYS simulation software in the process of mixing stress and flow field numerical simulation method, reduce a lot of experimental research of the mixer design optimization, saving the construction cost, make the development cycleof mixer design more shorten. Therefore,this study has higher application value and significance.
