| Because of the high centroid location, large volume and quality of concrete mixertruck, it’s prone to rollover, and mixer truck belonging to the city transport vehicles, inmost of the transport time it needs to turn, avoid pedestrians and other vehicles, what’smore, its center of gravity shifted toward the direction of rotation, has also led to amixer truck be very prone to rollover accidents. Now more and more people payattention to how to prevent rollover accidents and reduce the losses caused by therollover accident,For the study of vehicle rollover behavior I choose a concrete mixer truck as theresearch object, establishes concrete mixing vehicle multi-body dynamic vehicle model,vehicle rollover characteristics and effect of vehicle rollover structure and usage factorswere discussed in detail, simulation analysis of differential braking anti-rollover virtualtest was made, the main work and achievements are as follows:1. Introduced dynamics mathematics model of mixing vehicle driving stability,carried out a detailed mathematical analysis, obtained the mixing vehicle rolloverreasons.2. Based on ADAMS to establish the vehicle subsystems: model of steeringsuspension subsystem, steering subsystem,ect, established a tilt table and the six-posttest, and assembled the whole vehicle virtual prototype model.3. Impulse steer test, snaking test, step steer test, double lane change and steadystatic circular test were established, controllability and stability test were analyzed onthe vehicle multi body dynamics model. By the analysis we got the maneuverability andanti-rollover characteristics of the vehicle.4. The virtual experiment is discussed in detail to testify the main factors of rollstability, such as speed, road adhesion coefficient, and so on.5. Combined the efficient dynamics modeling of ADAMS and the convenientcontrol system modeling of Simulink, make full use of their good interfacecharacteristics, co-simulation based on ADAMS and MATLAB verified theeffectiveness of differential braking for concrete mixing truck rollover.The research for concrete mixer trucks one hand can help improving vehicle design,providing automobile structure parameters optimization design theory, improvingvehicle rollover performance, reducing traffic accidents has scientific significance; onthe other hand, through the study of the stability of anti-rollover control theory designmethod, we can seek effective control measures to prevent vehicle rollover, improvevehicle anti-rollover capability. |
