The main function of the secondary power supply is to convert the the electric energy of main power supply to another or various forms of energy. With the rapid development of aviation technology, the degree of aviation electronic is higher and higher. As an aircraft important part,the secondary power supply system plays a more and more important role.Its performance directly affects the technical performance and safe operation of the aircraft,and many even threatens the safety of pilots. Currently, most of the secondary power testing adopts manual testing. But the way of procedure working is tedious,the efficiency is very low,and the test results are greatly influenced by human factors. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of the secondary power supply test, based on actual demand, this paper designs a secondary power supply automatic test system.The test system is mainly used in automated parameters test of the output of the secondary power supply. The object of study is the test parameters of a secondary power supply for aircraft. Reference to domestic foreign power testing standards, combined with the virtual instrument technology and digital processing technology, a set of complete secondary power supply test system solutions has been put forward.System can complete the parameter test of secondary power supply with 11 output terminals. The full text adopts the idea of modular.In order to realize the hardware function,control circuit, communications interface circuits and load circuit conducted demonstration program. In addition, as a whole soul, the software system is also entered indepth discussion and research. PC adopts the graphical editing language LabVIEW. The lower position machine adopting the MSP430 chip uses C language programming, realizing data acquisition and processing and mutual switching between relays. Meanwhile,according to the actual needs of the production process, the design of a cabinet, completed all the hardware machine assembly. Around mixed type data acquisition system which the main control computer acts as the upper computer and MSP430 acts as lower machine, the overall design of the hardware and software systems is discussed in detail.Finally, a experiment platform is set up, and the hardware and software debugging are conducted. The experimental results show the proposed test system not only achieves highly reliability, but also can increase the automation and efficiency, which can be applied widely.
