Dual power automatic transfer switch as a low-voltage electrical switchingequipment, plays an increasingly important role in the field of industrial automation,with the development and progress of modern society, the continuous supply ofelectricity has become extremely important. Therefore, the dual power automatictransfer switch reliability has become very important.The paper is on the basic of the principle of the dual power automatic transferswitch, analysis the reliability of the test methods. IPC as the core, PCL-720andPCI-1713industrial control card combine the peripheral control acquisition modulesthat build the hardware circuit of dual power automatic transfer switch reliability testsystem.DC24V/1A resistive load is selected in the operation of reliability test foroperating conversion in the hardware system; during the operation of the automaticconversion of the reliability test, under the conditions of the fault of the voltage andthe change of the frequency, collecting switching time parameters, to ensure that theconversion time to reach the standard requirements. Software programming usesLABVIEW, friendly interface, more convenient to carry out a variety of test operation,recording and preservation of various test parameters, test parameters analysis, todraw reliability test conclusions.
