Aerospace distributor is an important part of the power supply and distribution system of spacecraft,which plays an important role in the stable and reliable operation of spacecraft in orbit,therefore,strict and detailed tests should be carried out before distribution products leave the factory.With the continuous progress of aerospace technology,the functions of aerospace electrical distribution products are becoming more and more complex,this paper designs an automatic test system for aerospace distribution appliances based on Lab VIEW,which ADAPTS to the changes of aerospace distribution testing systems and meets the requirements of universal testing of aerospace distribution appliances.First of all,through in-depth investigation of relevant test equipment at home and abroad research status and in-depth understanding of the development of automatic test system,the working principle of the system is analyzed,to generalize as the design goal,and in the design of the fault diagnosis mode.Secondly,The hardware module adopts the hardware architecture based on CPCI bus module.Each module in the architecture uses CPCI bus for interconnection to realize communication and control between boards.The acquisition accuracy of analog quantity is ±1%,OC instruction sending module pulse width setting range is 1ms?1s,pulse width accuracy is0.5ms,all hardware modules meet requirements.Thirdly,aiming at the requirements of universal and flexible software design,a distributed software architecture based on Lab VIEW is proposed,which has independent stand-alone testing and distributed multi-host flexible testing mode.The software design module mainly includes system self-check module,OC gate instruction output module,analog quantity acquisition module and 1553 B communication module.The software based on Lab VIEW mainly realizes the measurement of voltage,current and state of the aerospace distributor,and exports the measurement results to Excel.The software design meets the functional requirements of the aerospace distributor.Finally,the software and hardware debugging of the automatic test system for aerospace electrical distribution are carried out,and the software and hardware joint adjustment and electrical distribution test are completed.The test shows that the system meets the expected performance index requirements and the requirements of generalization.
