This system uses a set of image acquisition, image compression, wireless communications and digital image recognition technology combined with other methods, this paper, for the use of such systems in C Plus Plus for some algorithms and image processing method for compressing conducted research and experiments, wherein the compression algorithm is mainly for Huffman coding, Shannon-Fano coding, RLE, LZW compression encoding, JPEG compression coding carried out a detailed study, and where some of the compression algorithm was improved to meet the imaging "direct reading" system hardware design requirements, and to ensure that the image in the PC recognition rate conditions, as much as possible to improve the image compression ratio, so that not only reduces the system power consumption, but also reduce storage space and system cost.
