Study On Gas Fired Power Project Management Model Of DTC

The project management in DTC contains project management of coal-fired power and gas fired power and nuclear power. The project management of gas fired power was developed with that of coal-fired power. However, The project management of gas fired power makes more demands of standard than that of coal-fired power.This paper introduces the origin of project management of DTC and studies gas fired power project management model of DTC, then summaries and classifies the project management models based on organization structure style, and analyzes the characteristics of each model. On this basis, the paper introduces the process control and design management and quality control and supply management of gas fired power project management of DTC, And then, the paper analyzes the characteristics of it, and points out the failure and the success of it. After that, the paper makes qualitative analysis on the success degree of it. To sum up the above analysis, the paper tries to propose some improvement suggestions in Chapter 5 for the shortcoming of gas fired power project management of DTC. At last the paper makes a summing up of ideas through the study of gas fired power project management of DTC, hoping to have a certain reference for mechanism manufacture industry.
